In 2018, I started to write a book. I was an amateur writer at best. But I was also a mum of five, who had always had a day job. Like many, my dreams had been buried under a pile of bills, and a ton on housework. They were long gone and forgotten.

Something, that I can't exactly pinpoint, made me just do it. One line, turned into two. Two chapters into three. Before I knew it, I had made plans to share my first book with the world.

I had discovered that a story often came to me when I didn't put up a fight. For over five years, my characters lived with me, and one book, turned into a three-part series.

I continue to write today, having released my latest standalone novel, The Oldest Daughter. This is a story that is very close to my heart. I hope that you enjoy it as much as I loved writing it!
